Please note: Bookings cancelled more than 3 hours in advance of the time of scheduled pickup will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled 1-3 hours in advance will receive a 50% partial refund. Bookings cancelled less than 1 hour in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
